Mr. Becker is a founding member of Rele & Becker LLC. His practice focuses on corporate finance, including debt, equity, venture and strategic financing, mergers & acquisitions, technology and commercial transactions and general corporate matters. Mr. Becker represents companies in all stages of development in various industries including banking, financial services, internet, life sciences, medical products, new media publishing, and software. Mr. Becker has extensive experience representing and advising individuals and entities in a wide range of commercial transactions, including, joint ventures licensing and outsourcing transactions, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial contracts, leases and strategic alliances.
Before co-founding Rele & Becker, Mr. Becker was an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP where he practiced for over six years. Mr. Becker has also worked in the business consulting practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Mr. Becker earned his J.D. cum laude from New York University in 1998. He was an editor of the Environmental Law Journal. Mr. Becker received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. At Penn, Mr. Becker was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
