The firm was founded by Niket J. Rele and David M. Becker each of whom have extensive experience counseling corporate clients ranging in size from the smallest of start-ups to multi-billion dollar public corporations. Mr. Rele and Mr. Becker are each well versed in handling equity, debt and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, outsourcing transactions, technology and licensing agreements and commercial transactions. Both Mr. Rele and Mr. Becker have counseled corporations on a wide range of day-to-day issues, including employment, securities laws and corporate housekeeping. In addition, Mr. Rele is qualified to practice law in India and has specialized expertise in assisting clients who are interested in establishing or maintaining operations and/or investments in India.
